DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM?

Unfortunately, Mutt and Collar currently only offers delivery to customers who reside in the United Kingdom. In future we hope to offer customers in other countries the opportunity to buy from us. If you reside outside of the United Kingdom and would be interested in receiving our products, please send us an email at info.muttandcollar.com and we’ll be in touch when shipping is available to your country.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Mutt and Collars offers customers a free 30 day return policy. Simply send us an email at info@muttandcollar.com including your name, address and order number and we’ll send you further instructions on how to proceed with returning your product.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED TO MAKE MUTT AND COLLAR PRODUCTS?

Our products are handcrafted by the Atelier Zinj collective and are made using cow leather, glass beads and brass buckles.

WHAT SIZES OF DOG COLLAR DO YOU OFFER?

Our dog collars come in three different sizes. Please refer to the size chart below to guide your selection.
